This trio of old friends have put together a night of new material for this performance and in preparation for a short tour in mid June. I have performed with MJ for 36 years now…damn, time flies. Being the youngest of the MONTANA WILD CATS, I have held Jack and Phil in the highest regard since I was a young man and really never envisioned this fusion of pure Montana until a few years ago. In their entirely different directions, they both enlivened and enriched my imagined reality of obtaining and sustaining a creative artistic and musical life. This project, surprising as it is, means so very much to me. Welcome to our Montana landscape, with its bounty of beauty, with its songs in the wind, with its isolation appreciated and its majestic magnetism undeniably present. I am honored to be a part of this music and honored to be a Montanan.
